<p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Working for a long established HGV Fleet and recovery service in the east london area. our client have been arround&nbsp; 60 years successfully by investing in our people, so if you are focused on customer satisfaction and are quality driven then there is a huge potential for your career progression.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The company is looking for a reliable manager/supervisor to support the running of there commercial vehicle workshop, ATF, Tacho centre, scheduling workloads, completing customer portal requirements and driving productivity.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <p>Reporting to manage all workshop systems and processes as required</p> <p>Encouraging good workshop practices</p> <p>To ensure safe working practice is complied with</p> <p>To assist managers in controlling overtime, working in line with maintenance requirements</p> <p>Maintaining workshop efficiency and in prioritising repairs in line with the customers&rsquo; requirements and timelines</p> <p>entifying the most economical repair method</p> <p>To liaise with our parts team to ensure stock levels are controlled and other parts/products arrive 'just in time'</p> <p>To liaise with our Breakdown Rcovery team as and when required</p> <p>To process paperwork and customer portal input</p> <p>To provide a high customer service level</p> <p>To adhere to company policy and values at all times</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Excellent communication and organisational skills</p> <p>Must have a technical background/experience in commercial vehicle mechanics</p> <p>Have a customer and team centric focus</p> <p>Experience of supervising a team is an advantage</p> <p>Attention to detail with ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines</p> <p>IT literate</p> <p>&nbsp;Benefits</p> <p>Company pension</p> <p>28 days holiday including bank holidays</p> <p>Career progression</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>our Recovery department is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in its workforce, encouraging applications from all qualified individuals.</p> <p>5 days a&nbsp; week&nbsp; 8am-6pm</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
