<p><strong>Maintenance/ Domestic Work</strong></p> <p><strong>Social Housing work</strong></p> <p>responsible for Installing, maintaining and repairing pipe including joins, valves, drains and fixtures.</p> <p>Including some tiling work, painting and decorating, plastering, minor carpentry work.&nbsp;</p>

Qualifications & experience

<p>Full PPE &amp; tools</p> <p>2 x references from previous employers (these can be names and telephone numbers for us to call)</p> <p>Valid ID / Right to Work in the UK.</p> <p>English Speaking.</p> <p><strong>A valid driver's licence.</strong></p> <p>NVQ level 2 in plumbing or carpentry as the primary skill.</p> <p>Minimum of three years of service.</p> <p>Excellent written and spoken communication skills.</p> <p>Fluent English speaking ability.</p> <p>Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to work under pressure.</p> <p>Excellent customer communication abilities.</p> <p>Own Tools.</p>
