About Thames Valley Fabrications
Thames Valley Fabrications Ltd have over thirty years experience in Architectural Metalwork, specialising in traditional and modern staircases, balustrades, gates, railings, balconies and bespoke metalwork. Thames Valley Fabrications have worked on major contracts and projects in the City of London and the South East of England that range from 1 to 2 years’ duration and 20 - 50 contractors on site at any given time.
Situation
Having previously worked with BRS Jobs, Thames Valley Fabrications Director, Rhys knew that Chris and the team at BRS Jobs could provide reliable contractors to work on state of the art projects at the drop of a hat.
With up to 15 ongoing projects at any one time, that’s a lot of labour required, but our team of recruiters rose to the challenge and now proactively source skilled candidates for upcoming projects through both excellent candidate and client relationships and understanding of the roles required.
